Stillness Speaks: Mindfulness in Business

For the knowledge worker, focused attention is what gets work done. It is the engine of productivity. Complex mental operations cannot happen without a focused mind. Learning to still the mind has enormous benefits in your (working) life. You will feel less stressed, have increased mental clarity and energy for your work and will find yourself being less reactive to those around you. Like clouds on a rainy day covering the light of the sun, our busy hectic lives cloud our ability to see and think with clarity. Through mindfulness, you can remove these clouds to see and think with razor sharp clarity and wisdom. ` 

If practiced regularly, mindfulness has the power to radically transform your life towards a positive way of living and being. 

But as with learning anything significant, you will have to invest some initial time and effort. That is where we can assist. 

We have been practicing mindfulness for many many years and have experience in applying it to our own working/business lives and particularly in leadership and mangerial roles. We have more recently been teaching and mentoring others in developing mindfulness practices to enhance their lives.

We can assist you towards embedding mindfulness into your daily/working life so you too can gain the enormous benefits from a regular practice.

Our Approach

We will come to you - Instead of you having to take extra time out from work to find a suitable class at a suitable time, we can come directly to your office or home at a time convenient to you. We can practice mindfulness together and we can provide you with ongoing support in between sessions. We can meet as many times as you require to allow your practice to become steady and consistent. 

Its even better if there are a few of you who are interested in practising together, as group practice strengthens individual practice and you can use each other to support your practice outside our meeting times. Contact Declan for more information
